In the creation of this course, I was moved by the deep memories that surfaced to be seen and felt, for further releasing. I was surprised how great it felt to get thoroughly creative with the whole experience. As I showed up to the canvas to film each session, I felt deep stored up emotions releasing that became therapeutic. As the mind finds inner peace, we are called to transform from the deep to REBIRTH back to our True Self, authentically expressing with confidence & courage.

I'm a painter, poet mystic maker.
I'm offering these guided sessions to you all, as I am a strong believer that something very mystical happens when we use creativity in such a way, that it really does re-wire our brain or takes the blindfold off or breaks the long ancestral spell (the breaking of generational curses) - dare where many dare not to go - deep in the psyche.
By embracing the dark side, surrendering within and re-birthing as pure consciousness. YOU are realising your true purpose - as life itself. Taking on a particular mythological power, through your grace, having the courage to highlight the darker unaccepted patterns of ones behaviour. And in this very act, absorbing it into a death of old patterns of this world. Bringing beauty & romance to the surface.
